Wound field d.c. motors, MM series

These are laminated square stator motors with very high power/size ratio.
Executions with also compensating windings are available for constant power variable speed applications.
The overtemperature is in F class, though almost all materials employed have H class capability. Armature windings from MM160 up to 570 Vd.c. Forced cooling with radial or axial fan, further constructions according to IEC 34.6 and special executions with emergency electromagnetic brake are available.

Motori in corrente continua a campo avvolto serie MM

Motori a statore quadro laminati con elevatissimo rapporto potenza/dimensioni.
Esecuzioni anche con avvolgimenti compensatori per applicazioni con regolazione a potenza costante. La sovratemperatura di dimensionamento è in classe F pur usando quasi tutti materiali isolanti in classe H. Avvolgimenti in armatura a 570Vc.c. dalla taglia 160.
Ventilazione assistita a mezzo elettroventilatore addossato o assiale; sono possibili esecuzioni speciali con freno elettromagnetico di emergenza / stazionamento.
